Marcus Craft

Marcus has been insurance since September of 2011. Born and raised right here in Clarkston. He has coached lacrosse off and on in the community for over a decade now. Although he may look young, there aren’t many in the industry who possess the knowledge and experience he does. Over a decade into the industry you see a lot, and you learn a lot. One thing is for sure if you chat with Marcus you are going to get an better understanding about your policy. Here at Allstate we don’t like to cut corners just to win business or give someone a good rate. When he is not in the office, he is most likely at Depot park with his son or on the golf course with friends. During his work days, Marcus uses this quote to keep him focused. “The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.”

Gary Malone

Gary is in the insurance industry because he enjoys helping people have an enjoyable and smooth experience with insurance. He grew up in Genesee County and graduated from Atherton High School and later studied at Charis Christian College. He is married and has 3 step-children and 2 dogs. In his spare time, Gary enjoys hiking and playing sports and spending time with family and friends.

Dawn Payne

Dawn started with our agency in 2011 and is knowledgeable about insurance. She has been in the insurance agency since 2007 and find helping customers with their insurance needs very fulfilling. She hails from the great town of Otisville. She been married to her husband for more than 35 years and has two daughters and one grandson. When she’s not working, you can find Dawn spending time with her family and loving being a grandparent!

Joyce Briggs

Joyce has been in the insurance industry since 2021. She has lived most of her life in the Linden/Fenton area and is familiar with the insurance needs of the community. After graduating from Lake Fenton High School, she attended Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids. She is a mother to three adult children. When she’s not working, painting, cooking and being actively involved in her church.

Keegan Hilgendorf

I grew up in the Davison area as most of my family before me. I now live in Clarkston, Michigan and am looking to make this the home for myself and my future family. I have been with the Steve Craft Agency for nearly two years where I have learned a tremendous amount about myself and the insurance business. I joined the insurance business to help my friends, family and others better their protection. I enjoy being a reliable representative and helping where I can. I believe that in doing good, we receive it in return! When I am not servicing the people of this wonderful state I enjoy playing golf, watching football, traveling and filling my life with new experiences.

Trish Verville

Trish has been in the insurance industry since 2020 and loves the opportunities to combine her great customer service skills and her love for helping people. She lives in White Lake with her husband and three children. When she’s not working, you can find Trish traveling, camping and holding game nights with her children.

Jared Blanton

Jared joined the Grand Blanc Agency in 2022 and has been in the insurance industry since 2013. He is a Michigan native, growing up in White Lake and now residing in Burton with his significant other. Jared graduated from Holt High School and attended Eastern Michigan University. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, art, reading, traveling and beyond and volunteering in his community. Jared is well-versed in insurance and is happy to assist customers with their insurance needs.

Tony Hiler

Tony started in the insurance industry April of 2020. He was drawn to insurance because he enjoys selling and helping people navigate the world of insurance. Tony graduated from Coloma High School and studied communications at Lake Michigan College. He is very passionate about family, being a full time dad of two daughters. Tony loves golf, but is not sure the feelings are mutual. You will find Tony very personable, professional, and genuinely caring to all the people he is around.

Sam Brabrandt

Samantha is a dedicated licensed sales professional with a passion for helping customers find the best solutions to meet their needs. Born and raised in Clarkston, she brings a strong sense of community and commitment to her work. Known for her fun sense of humor and approachable nature, she makes every interaction enjoyable while maintaining a high level of professionalism. When she's not assisting customers, Samantha loves spending time with her family, gardening, playing disc golf, and enjoying the great outdoors
